Joseph Yenyi Li, Associate Professor
GBAS 專注於生態城鄉規劃與微氣候控制。自 2004 年起，該團隊便與歐盟生態城市團隊、德國建築師 Joachim Eble 以及 GAIA 建築師團隊合作，參與台灣台南高鐵生態智慧城市規劃，並於 2018 年完成沙崙綠能科學城的都市設計指導原則。
自 2009 年以來，也深度參與高雄市的都市發展，推動在地建築、再生能源與垂直綠化，同時協助政策改革。國際專案包含印尼的生態旅遊規劃、中國廣佛地區的生態策略，以及台灣宜蘭與桃園的整體規劃案。
GBAS 的設計方法融合環境微氣候分析、模擬技術與永續城鄉系統思維，並善用學術資源與團隊協作，提供從基地規劃到環境控制的一體化解決方案，確保規劃具備面對未來變遷的彈性與適應力。

GBAS specializes in ecological urban-rural planning and microclimate control. Since 2004, they have collaborated with the EU Ecocity team, German architect Joachim Eble, and GAIA Architect Group on Taiwan’s Tainan High-Speed Rail ecological
smart city, culminating in the 2018 urban design guidelines for Shalun Green Energy Science City.
Since 2009, we have contributed to Kaohsiung’s urban development, promoting local architecture, renewable energy, and vertical greening while assisting in policy reforms. Our international projects include eco-tourism planning in Indonesia, ecological strategies for Guangzhou-Foshan, and comprehensive planning in Yilan and Taoyuan, Taiwan. Their approach integrates environmental microclimate analysis,simulation, and sustainable urban-rural systems.Leveraging academic resources and strong team coordination, the firm offers integrated solutions from site planning to environmental control, ensuring adaptability for future needs.
We believe architecture should harmonize with climate, community, and user needs, creating spaces that are sustainable, efficient, and enduring.
